Revitalizing Wuhan Xinguang Industrial Park: Wisson P3 Robot Sets aNew Benchmark

Recently, Wuhan KETO Property Management, an ecological partner ofWisson’s Faronheat®, successfully deployed Wisson’s Orion AP3-S1 Bionic Flexible Cleaning Aerial TetheredNon-Destructive Cleaning System to perform a comprehensive deep cleaning of thecore building facades at Wuhan Xinguang Industrial Park. In just 15 days, theteam efficiently completed the cleaning of approximately 30,000 square meters,restoring brilliance to this iconic local smart park.

Wuhan Xinguang Industrial Park focuses on AI and semiconductor chipindustries, serving as the first supporting park of the Memory IndustryInnovation Block. Its high-rise R&D buildings are constructed to Grade Aoffice building standards. Previously, facade cleaning relied primarily ontraditional “spider-man”high-altitude operations, which suffered from insufficient cleaning depth andconflicting demands between safety and cleaning cycles. On one hand, thecurtain walls feature numerous narrow angles and crevices where dust and acidrain residues accumulate, making manual access difficult. On the other hand,spider-man operations not only involve high risks but also suffer from lowefficiency. The traditional cleaning model, characterized by large scale andlong cycles, struggled to ensure a good occupancy experience for enterprises.

Given the facade characteristics of Xinguang Industrial Park, theWuhan KETO delivery team formulated a tailored cleaning solution, centered onWisson’s AP3-S1 Bionic Flexible Cleaning AerialTethered Non-Destructive Cleaning System. During operation, to addressstructural dead corners, the system’s core component – the AP3-P3 robot – leveraged themulti-angle adjustability of Pliabot® joints to easily reach crevices andangles that traditional manual methods could not access, achieving precisemulti-angle fitting cleaning. With native Pliabot® safety, adaptive balance,and collision buffering, the P3 robot operates close to the curtain wallsurface while fully ensuring operational safety, truly enabling “zero-distance” proximity cleaning andmaximizing cleaning pressure.

For stubborn stains formed by floating dust, accumulated dirt, andacid rain residues, the team used Wisson’sself-developed APP series eco-friendly cleaning agents. While ensuringefficient dirt removal and restoring the building’soriginal color, the cleaning agent formula is green and environmentallyfriendly, effectively protecting the glass curtain wall from any chemicaldamage.

The successful completion of the Wuhan Xinguang Industrial Parkproject marks another successful practice within Wisson’s Faronheat® ecosystem. To date, Faronheat®’sframework service area for key accounts has exceeded 30 million square meters,and its ecological service capabilities cover nearly 30 provincial-leveladministrative regions across China.
