The Orion AP3-D1 High-Altitude Contact Detection Robot, based on Wisson's patented Pliabot® technology, compatible with mainstream medium-sized platforms such as DJI M300 and M350， marking the pioneer application of lateral operation. The AP3-D1 high-altitude contact detection robot features an innovative pliable gimbal, combined with an operation module, enabling stable and long-term lateral operations in the air. The unique pliable detector allows safe contact for an extended period during flight or hovering state, providing real-time feedback on contact force. It supports various sensor expansions to meet diverse aerial detection needs, providing a safe, stable, and efficient integrated aerial contact detection solution. Intelligent and Adaptive Contact
The pliable stabilizer, can adaptively cushion the contact force and balance the posture of detection module, achieving safe and stable contact with objective surfaces and eliminating the risk of aircraft damage.
Real-time Force Feedback
The detection results are visualized and the sensor data displays on the screen in real time, allowing users to remotely adjust the desired contact force at any time.
Integrated Flight Control
Integrated with DJI M300/M350 and other systems, achieving unified remote control. It is easy for a single operator to control both the aircraft and the operation module. It also supports customized integration with a wider range of flight platforms.
Plug and Play Operation
The pliable stabilizer, lateral operation module, spray module and other modules are designed with quick-change features, enabling quick Installation and replacement within 1 minute, reducing preparation time and improving efficiency.
Safe Lateral Operation
The pliable gimbal can adaptively adjust the posture of the operation module, ensuring flight balance while conducting lateral operations to guarantee safety and reliability.
20N Continuous Force
Powered by unmanned aerial vehicles, it can generate a maximum contact force of 20N and maintain it for up to 30 seconds, meeting various contact operation requirements.
Built-in Spray Function
Built-in water bucket and spray gun module, wetting the working surface and covering the entire detection process, eliminating the need for manual preparation in advance. It can also spray paint markings to assist in detection, positioning, and evidence collection, enhancing precision and result reliability.
Foldable and Easy to Store
The operation module can be folded into a Z-shape to reduce storage space to 0.8m in length, making it easy to carry and transport.
